Paul is a serial pharma services entrepreneur with Solstice being his third enterprise venture. After a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry with GSK and Roche he co-founded the HERON Group in 1999. HERON pioneered the application of evidence based medicine, advanced modelling, and value communication and became a valued partner to the life sciences industry. HERON was the first entity of its’ type to successfully establish and develop a thriving subsidiary in India. After 14 years of strong growth HERON was sold to Parexel in 2013. In 2016 Paul co-founded Market Access Transformation (MAT) which transformed payer research with an innovative technology platform. MAT grew exceptionally strongly and profitably and after a minority series A investment in 2020 was sold outright in 2022 to Genesis Research under a private equity umbrella. Paul is excited at the potential for innovation and efficiencies that the latest technologies that deliver in regulatory services and Solstice will deliver on those aims.

Baiju Aurora is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a track record of building transformative companies at the intersection of life sciences, technology, and data-driven strategy. As the founding CEO of Market Access Transformation (MAT), he led the creation of Rapid Payer Response (RPR®), a platform that redefined how manufacturers generate insights and make evidence-based access decisions. Under his leadership, MAT became a global market access leader and was acquired by Genesis Research in 2022. Following the acquisition, Baiju joined the board of Genesis Research, where he continues to help guide product and commercial strategy. Through his family office, Aurora Capital, he invests in visionary ventures across healthcare, software, and real estate—offering both capital and strategic partnership to founders building scalable, high-impact businesses. Today, Baiju brings that same innovation-focused mindset to Solstice Intelligence Gateway, where he serves as Co-Founder and Board Member. Solstice reflects his commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology to modernize regulatory operations and unlock new value across the life sciences enterprise.

A highly experienced technical architect and strategist, Martin Hannon has a record of directing the successful delivery of technology change and innovation. He has led teams in large organisations and small start-ups, designing and building technology infrastructure, developing critical software applications and championing new approaches to providing crucial information services in the retail, health and pharmaceutical domains. Following an early career developing and delivering information infrastructure management systems, Martin worked as a technology strategist at UK retailers, Tesco and Sainsbury’s, before joining the leadership team at Market Access Technology (MAT) as Head of Technology. At MAT, he led the creation and delivery of the technology platform which underpinned and enabled the innovative and successful Rapid Payer Research (RPR) service. As CTO at Solstice, Martin brings strategic technology focus, experienced leadership and an enthusiasm for leveraging data ecosystem management, machine learning and process automation technologies in order to deliver faster, higher quality results to the regulatory operations sphere.

Dr. Manu Sehgal brings over two decades of visionary leadership, operational precision and deep Regulatory acumen. She has built and scaled digitally enabled, cross-border teams that deliver integrated regulatory, R&D, data governance, and commercialization solutions with speed, precision, and agility. Prior to joining Solstice, Manu held senior leadership roles at CONTINUUM, PAREXEL, HERON, and Course5i (C5i), where she championed intelligent automation, scalable FSP models, and global capability centres. Her work advanced regulatory affairs, post-approval compliance, evidence generation, and competitive intelligence across diverse portfolios. Notably, she led the design of a first-in-class data reporting platform at HERON to support regulatory and reimbursement goals. A published author and recognized thought leader, Manu holds a Master’s in Pharmacology and a PhD in Management. She is deeply committed to advancing regulatory science through digital innovation and shaping globally integrated operations. As Chief Operating Officer at Solstice, Dr. Sehgal leads global delivery with a strategic focus on regulatory transformation, cross-functional execution, and client success.
